By creating an account, downloading or using FoodFolio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

FoodFolio is a mobile application that helps you track meals, exercise and nutrition, and generates a personalized calorie and macro plan based on the information you provide. Some features, such as AI food recognition and recipe suggestions, require an internet connection and use third-party services to function.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

FoodFolio's calorie, macro and health-score estimates are for general informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional or fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine, especially if you have a medical condition.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to use FoodFolio only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App, misuse referral or reward features, or submit content that is abusive, unlawful, or infringes on others' rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The App, including its design, code and branding, is owned by the developer. You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as meal photos and notes), and grant us the license needed to store and process it in order to provide the App's features.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that nutrition estimates, AI-generated results, or recipe suggestions will always be accurate or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including decisions made based on its nutrition or health estimates.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time — see our Data Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
