By downloading, installing, or using NoNoise AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

These terms apply to all users of the App, including free and paid subscribers.

NoNoise AI is a mobile application that allows users to isolate voice tracks from audio and video files using AI-powered noise reduction technology. The App allows you to upload audio or video files, record audio, and receive processed output with background noise removed.

The App uses a remote processing server to perform voice isolation. Processing requires an active internet connection.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Upload content you do not own or have rights to process. By submitting audio or video to our processing server, you confirm that you have the right to do so.

Use the App to process content that violates any law, including copyright law, privacy law, or regulations regarding recordings of third parties without consent.

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its processing server.

Use the App for any commercial purpose without appropriate licensing if required by the content you are processing.

We reserve the right to suspend access for users who violate these terms.

The App, including its design, code, branding, and UI, is owned by the developer. All rights reserved.

You retain full ownership of any audio content you upload and the processed results you download. We claim no ownership over your content.

The AI processing is powered by our proprietary voice isolation engine running on secure cloud infrastructure.

NoNoise AI may offer subscription plans that provide unlimited or expanded access to voice isolation processing. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play and RevenueCat.

Billing — Subscription fees are charged to your Google Play account at the start of each billing period.

Auto-renewal — Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation — You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for the current period.

Free trials — If a free trial is offered, it begins immediately upon subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.

All payment processing is handled by Google Play. We do not have access to your payment information.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that processing results will meet your expectations in all cases.

Voice isolation quality depends on the nature of the input audio. We cannot guarantee perfect results for all audio types or recording conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or inability to access the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the three months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.

You may stop using the App at any time. Uninstalling the App constitutes termination of your use.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
