Data Deletion

How to delete your data from TikSave. You are always in complete control.

KEY FACT

TikSave does not maintain any user database. We don't store your download history, preferences, or any personal information. All data exists locally on your device — uninstalling the app removes everything. There's nothing stored on our servers to delete.

What Data TikSave Stores

On our servers: Nothing. We do not operate any backend servers that store user data. All API requests are transient and not logged or stored.

On your device (local only):

Downloaded Videos — Videos you download are saved to your device's storage in the TikTokSave folder. These are standard MP4 files.

App Preferences — Your settings (auto-paste, HD quality preference, etc.) are stored in SharedPreferences on your device.

No personal information, no account data, and no identifiers are stored anywhere.

Deleting Downloaded Videos

Delete videos from your device:

  1. Open your device's Files or My Files app.
  2. Navigate to the Internal Storage or SD Card.
  3. Find the TikTokSave folder.
  4. Select and delete any videos you want to remove.

Alternatively, you can use the Delete option within the TikSave app if you have a download history view.

Deleting All Data by Uninstalling

Uninstalling TikSave from your device permanently deletes all locally stored data, including all app preferences and settings.

Downloaded videos saved to your TikTokSave folder are not automatically removed when uninstalling. To delete them, navigate to the TikTokSave folder in your file manager and delete the files manually before or after uninstalling.

  1. Long-press the TikSave icon on your home screen or app drawer.
  2. Tap Uninstall and confirm.
  3. All app data and preferences are permanently erased.

Clearing App Data via Android Settings

You can also wipe all app data without uninstalling using Android's built-in settings:

  1. Go to your device's Settings → Apps.
  2. Find and tap TikSave.
  3. Tap Storage.
  4. Tap Clear Data. This permanently deletes all app preferences and settings.

No Server-Side Data to Delete

Because TikSave does not collect or transmit any personal data, there is no data stored on any server or database to request deletion of. All of your data exists exclusively on your own device.

We have no user accounts, no cloud storage, and no backend systems that hold anything about you. The steps above are the complete and only data deletion process required.

The third-party API service (RapidAPI) may retain logs of API requests. Their data practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy and we have no control over their logging.
