TikSave is a mobile application for Android that allows you to download videos and audio from TikTok without watermarks. The App uses a third-party API (RapidAPI) to fetch video metadata and download URLs.

Use of the App requires an active internet connection. The App does not store your download history or track what you download.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, including for maintenance.

You agree to use TikSave only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

You must not use the App to download copyrighted content without permission from the rights holder. TikTok videos are subject to copyright, and downloading them without permission may violate TikTok's terms of service and copyright laws in your jurisdiction.

You must not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App or its API integrations.

You must not use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the servers or networks connected to it.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by the developer. All rights reserved.

Nothing in these terms grants you any right to the App's source code, intellectual property, or infrastructure beyond the right to use the App as described herein.

Videos downloaded using the App remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to download and use any content.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that download results will meet your expectations.

Download availability depends on TikTok's servers and the third-party API. We cannot guarantee that every TikTok video will be downloadable.

We do not warrant that using the App will be permissible or legal in your specific jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with local laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any loss of data or inability to download videos.

We are not responsible for any legal consequences arising from your use of the App in violation of local laws or copyright regulations.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App at any time if we have reason to believe you have violated these Terms of Service.

You may stop using the App at any time. Uninstalling the App constitutes termination of your use.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
